9 Snacks you can enjoy without bloating

Greek yogurt is high in protein and is great for aiding digestion. Aim for one that has less than 20 grams of sugar. Dannon’s Oikos Greek Yogurt is a great option with 9.1 grams of sugar. Fruits loaded with water are a great way to lessen bloating without taking in fiber. The more water you have in your system, the more you’ll pee, hence the less amount of bloating you’ll have.
