Flu season is delving into round two this season so follow these tips to help pull you through.
Baking Soda / Epsom Salt
One of the symptoms of the flu is body ache. Add one cup of baking soda and Epsom salt to a warm bath. Soak your body to relieve your sore muscles caused by the flu.
Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey
Mix a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar and honey. Taking this concoction six times daily will help rid of your sore throat. The vinegar kills bacteria and the honey will soothe and coat the lining of your throat.
Chances are if you’re suffering from the flu you’re also running a high fever. Soak a washcloth with vodka and rub it on your chest. The vodka acts as a liniment. It will help lower your temperature because it evaporates fast.
